Thailand's Kasikornbank Public Company Ltd. improves consumer experience with a new solution.

The company is implementing a new CRM solution providing advanced functionalities and user security.

Moreover, the ATMs are equipped with 2D barcode readers, EMVand PCI compliant devices, integrated cameras and digital video recorder.

The first vice president of the payment product and eChannel development support department at KBank, Srihanath Lamsam, states that "Enabling personalization at the ATM enriches our customers' banking experiences, increasing their satisfaction and strengthening their relationships with our institution (...). By creating favorite transactions, for example, our customers can complete transactions faster, which not only saves them valuable time, but also reduces wait times for other customers."
